Quick Hit – Obama Gubernatorial Black Tie Affair

President Obama appeared Sunday at a dinner with the nation’s governors wearing a black bow tie. Normally, Neck of State only reports on the President’s “weekday” ties, but as this was his first public appearance in a black bow tie since taking office, we thought it was worth acknowledging.
